How to Get Windows Error Message

I was struggling a lot one day, got a windows error message and was not able to understand why this message come, what happened wrong. I wanted to figure out the issue and search the same error on Google. I tried to copy the Error message through mouse but it didn't work, I got stuck due to this error, was unable to finish my task, then I got surprised when I pressed CTRL + C and I got finally pasted the error in Notepad and searched reason on Google why error came, finally I got the answer and resolved the issue.I want to share the same with you and also let you know that earlier for small errors like below I was typing to search on Google.

Suppose today you get the below Windows error -

So you can not copy this error through mouse but keyboard copy shortcuts works.Press CTRL + C and paste error in the notepad, Error will look like this -

After all you can search the particular error code or specific error message on Google to find out the exact reason.

To Test this open Run Command from Start or (Press Window Key & R) , type anything in the Run and press enter.You will get the Windows Error try to copy it with CTRL + C and paste it by CTRL + V.

Open Utilities, Softwares, Websites, Documents From Run Commands

Sometimes its difficult to search software from all program list or from system, to access a quick in a easy manner, we can remember a few run commands which will make help to access many useful utilities and softwares.

To Run Commands , Click Start then Select Run or Press Window Key + R,

Suppose if You want to open a Notepad then type notepad and press enter, notepad will open quickly, you need not to go in accessories to find out the Notepad, there are many others useful commands which could be also try instead.

Other than commands, you can open documents, websites, folders thorough Run Command Window.

How To Know Computer Name, Hostname And IP Address

First I want let you know that Computer name is called a Hostname, now to know a computer name right click on your my computer icon or choose Start - My Computer - Right Click. Select properties as shown below.

Click on Computer Name Tab as Shown Below

Full Computer Name "MYPCINDIA" is a Computer Name and this is also refer as a Hostname.

How To Change Computer Name :-
In computer name screen , there is button to change a computer name, click to Change the name of computer.

It will show like above, give the name as you want and click OK , it will ask to restart the computer , restart the computer to take changes affect.

How to Know Computer Name using Command Window -

1.Open Run Window from Start or (Press Window Key + R )
2.Type cmd in window, Your command window will open.

3.Type hostname and press enter, you will get the name of your computer.

How to Know IP Address of Computer -
1.Open command window through Run.
2.Type ipconfig and Press enter, you will get details of your network properties, IP address will be shown first.

Create A Strong Password For Any Online Transaction or For Any Login

,Strong Password is a combination of small letters, numbers, capital letters and special symbols which makes password strong which is not easily guess by anyone. You must use strong password for any online logins.

Rules for Strong Password -

• A Password should have length more than 7 characters, at least it should have character of 8.

• A Password must include number.

• A Password must include Small letter.

• A Password should have at least one capital letter

• A Password must include any special symbol such like $, @, #, %,&,*,!,^,(,)

Tips to create a Strong Password, could also easy to remember -

Suppose I have one word like India, you can choose any uncommon word in place of. I could create many Strong Passwords using this word by adding few things only

1. First add numbers in India

Ex: india2011 or 2011india

2. Make first or last letter capital which could be easily to remember, then it should be like India2011 or indiA2011 or 2011indiA or 2011India

3. Now add any special symbols, you can add two symbols or one in above as below -

#India2011$, India$2011, India@2011, #India@2011#, @India#2011@, indiA@2011#, 2011indiA@, #2011@India

For each online transaction or for any sign, try to create the strong password for your login, it will avoid to be hacked your password or easily guess of your password.
