You can transfer complete feed settings and readers as well into other Google account.
Below are steps which need to follow –
1. Login in existing Feed Burner Google account.
2. Click on Title of your Feed.
3. Click on Transfer Feed.
4. Provide a Gmail address and submit.
5. Open the mail and click on the link for the acceptance of feeds, all the readers and existing settings.
6. As you accept you would get the message your feeds been transferred completely.
7. Check your new feed account.
You will see your existing feeds have been completely moved into your new Google account.
