Google is providing a service of taking out your data from Google accounts, you may downloads data of Google Picasa Web Albums, Buzz, All Plus One, Circles, Contacts, Profile, Stream and Voice.The name of service is Google Takeout .You can select all of data to archive or choose services to archive a data, suppose you have to download photos from picasa and want these pics on your computer, you can choose the service to download the data of picasa web albums.
Today Buzz is out after the Google Plus launched in the market, you can store your buzz data on the computer.I have downloaded my Buzz, contacts and picasa web albums using Google Takeout service.
