If you are getting the unwanted call or SMS from numbers like as 5432162245809,5432162245837,5432162245855,5432162245540,5432162245796 indicates that Friendz service got activated on your mobile.
You may deactivate the service by dialing Airtel Toll free number 12116 and listen the options and dial the number to deactivate your value added service or you may call to customer care toll free number 121 to deactivate the value added service.
Deactivate the Airtel Friends Chat Service or Value Added Services using an SMS -:
- Type STOP and send it to 121
- You will get list of value added services, reply with a number which shows Friendz Chat service.
- You have unsubscribed successfully from Airtel Friendz Chat Service.This service will be stopped within 4 hours.
