How To Take Screenshot From Keyboard and Save it As Image

Screenshot is a just taking a photo or picture of current screen or active screen on the computer.Usually when we are working on computer and it is showing any error and we do not able to understand what this error says then before saying OK or Cancel , we can take screen shot of that dialog box or whole screen.If any problem occurs due to this error then it will be easy to find the problem to see the screenshot of the error.


Uses of screenshot :-
1.Creating Image of current error or any website.
2.Screenshot can be used as reference to solve any technical problem or any issue.
3.We can paste or attach directly screenshot in Mail to describe the issue.
4.Screen shot is used as a camera which takes picture of current screen or window.

How to Take screenshot :-
It is very easy to take a screenshot, just press Print Screen button from the keyboard and as you pressed image has created, to see the screen shot you will have to paste the screen shot in any word document, in Microsoft Paint or in Any Mail.You can save screen shot in an image file.

For an example If you have opened a website and you are getting any message or error while navigating website and you want to take only screen shot of that error which is displayed as a active window then You will have to Hold Alt Key + Press Print Screen.It will create screen shot of only error message.

How to Create or Paste the Screen shot :-
1.Open a Microsoft word document and paste.
2.Click Start, Click Run, Type mspaint and then Click Ok or Enter, it will open the Microsoft Paint, Paste the screen shot , save it as Gif file at desktop or any other place where you want to save.

3.Paste it in  mail, and send mail to describe the things.
